Hideaway for Doncaster PCT
InterACTing will be performing at the launch event for Doncaster PCT’s New Health Trainer service on Wednesday 31st October at Rossington Miners Welfare Centre .This play seeks to challenge the stigma that can be experienced by people experiencing mental health issues in an informative and entertaining way in both a negative and positive version of the play followed by a facilitated discussion.

Hear My Voice
On Monday November 19th Armley Mills in Leeds is the venue for this performance of ‘Hear My Voice’ the drama created by women with experience of Domestic Violence .

In addition to producing a powerful piece of theatre which can be used to educate audiences about the effects of domestic violence, the women involved took great confidence and developed new skills in being part of the project."

Women who come into refuge, often with many issues regarding self-esteem as a result of continual psychological and physical abuse would not have dreamed that they would find themselves with the ability to stand on stage and perform in public."

‘Saltwater’ a new play is being performed privately for a number of groups in October & November.  This piece portrays the therapeutic effect of the Arts (in its widest sense) on Mental Health Recovery .
