About Us

After writing and producing a play for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Elaine Haworth and Narelle Summers identified a gap in the market: namely, enabling ordinary people with no experience of writing or performing to produce their own piece of theatre. They also saw a need for increasing awareness of life issues (such as mental health, domestic violence, drug abuse etc) through creative means.

Drama is ideally placed to act as a vehicle in training. InterACTing will educate, promote and raise awareness of social issues to both public and private sector organisation.

Elaine Haworth - Operations Director has a background of training, management, counselling and creative writing.

Narelle Summers - Creative Director is a professional actor and director and has experience in working in television, theatre and corporate events.
